Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce
A delicious peanut sauce over brown rice and vegetables.
Instructions:
Remove peanut butter and spice packets. Add 1-1/2 cups (360ml) of boiling water to rice and vegetables. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl mix 1/4 cup (60ml) of boiling water with peanut butter and spices. When rice and vegetables are ready, mix with peanut sauce and serve.
